First owners of the Hof Brau
The first owners of the Hof Brau created the loyal customer base we have now. They started by having a pizza and salad bar. The original location of the Hof Brau is where a subway is now located at 1900 Oroville dam blvd E.
The second owners of the Hof Brau
The second couple that owned the Hof Brau. They continued the tradition of pizza, spaghetti and salad.
The third ownerd of the hof brau
The third owners of the Hof Brau Tony and louisa broke traditions and added sandwiches to the menu. they also relocated.
The current owners
The current owners Tom and Debbie Brintion are known for making their food with a passion and letting the customers come first. Their sandwiches are made fresh and sliced in front of you for show of good quality.
MEET THE TEAM
The Hof Brau has been family owned and operated for over 50 years. They have been doing things the same way for over 50 years as well. Every recipe made and created by the owners is top secret, not even their employees and customers know their secrets.
Each owner made sure that the first ingredient going into any menu item was always love. Every employee and owner are passionate about the business and look forward to helping the next customer in line.
